Beneteau Oceanis 48 | Senza Fine

Sensa Fine is not well maintained (I can do a long list of what’s needs to be done). The check in was made by a person with very little knowledge about boats, following an instructions and on all questions someone else should come and explain, we suffered from this all week. Sunday we discovered that the main toilet tank was full and could not be drained, the toilet flooded twice! Contacted Sun Siciliy directly, they should fix it Monday, Monday they said Tuesday and if we could go to Salina, there they had a Man, who would help in the afternoon. Sun Sicily booked us in a Marina and we said we expected them to take the charge, at 20:30 they said they would not and advised us to go out and anchor, we did not - to unsecur! The guy who came was skipper on another boat and could not solve the problem. SunSicily advise to send a technical on Wednesday who should arrive at the port 10:45, we judge it that we would be stuck all day ( we had asked to get it early) and turned it down. After this the bottle of gas was empty and the spare turned out to be so also, took us half a day to find a full one. The bilge pump for the shower did not work either, we had to shovel the water out. The handhold VHF did not work and the wind instruments stoped working during the week. Due to the malfunction of the main toilet all had the use the front toilets which meant that night time we have to go in to the guests sleeping! Sun Sicily were very impolite in the discussion on all this and offer a voucher for rental later on as compensation which was for us no-go due to their behavior, it was impossible to get an agreement.
