This was one of the best yacht charters in recent years. The staff was very friendly and professional during the yacht takeover. We were contacted by Whatsapp a few days before the yacht takeover and informed that we were allowed to take over the yacht even a few hours earlier than planned. The yacht was in very good condition. Nevertheless, we found a few small defects at the takeover (eg leaking salt water tap). These were all fixed immediately, although we said it was not important to us. The staff meticulously looked to make sure everything was in tip-top shape. During our two-week charter, the yacht staff was always available via Whatsapp for questions. The charter company even gave us a Turkish cell phone to call if there were any problems. But there were none. We had ordered a gennaker. Because the boat only has two winches, we weren't sure when we took delivery if the gennaker could be set properly. We were allowed to take the gennaker and try it out. But then the gennaker worked perfectly and we had a lot of fun with this sail. If this had not been the case, we would have been allowed to call. The charter company would then have picked up the gennaker and refunded us the money. The return also went smoothly and quickly. The yacht was checked seriously. During our trip some minor things broke, as it happens during normal use. This was not charged to us, but repaired immediately. All in all, it was a very good experience and we can recommend EGG Yachting without reservation. Especially to praise is the always friendly, helpful and very professional staff!
