He arranged for tour guides, transportation and made restaurant reservations for us and got us tables with spectacular views. Very friendly and social, he made our trip to Croatia very special one.

    1) Views and swimming 2) Skipper was a very nice and kind person who was passionate about Croatia
    1) Cleaner boat overall (bedding, dishes, bathrooms, kitchen, outside seating area and deck were quite dirty). 2) Better pick-up and introduction to the boat (boat wasn’t fully ready to depart when we arrived; skipper was flustered and rushed; we didn’t get an introduction where things were and how they worked). 3) Skipper was super kind and nice as stated already. And we were safe…But skipper was clearly less experienced from a guest service perspective. And from a guest perspective, skipper could do a better job considering the guests’ experience. At times, it felt as though the skipper wanted us to have the experience he wanted to have and do the things he would want to do, when he could have asked questions and then tailored his approach more to the guests (for example, great skippers / guides often ask questions and have a high awareness of guests’ desired needs and experiences and then adjust their style and approach to them - eg, giving them more alone time, being more quiet and moving less around on the boat, suggesting restaurants closer and easy, etc)
