The Boataround agent Kristina Volkova was very attentive and made sure we got the best price, which was the final pro in favour of Boataround. The follow-up by Boataround was very helpful, all the instructions were very clear. The Derya Yatching company exceeded our expectations! Mahmut Tekenel greeted us and was very careful in making sure all our requests were fulfilled, while Mustafa Tekenel provided us with a very detailed briefing when handing in the boat, he explained all the nuances and details, he was also very helpful when we came back, he greeted us at the fuel station and helped with docking the boat. He was also available via phone when we had some questions when underway. We were also impressed with the boat check after we handed her, as this demonstrated how serious the company was about the boats and their condition.  By the way, despite the fact that the boat we chartered Altair II is 2003 made, she is in wonderful condition, very clean and functional, all the safety equipment (even some extra) is on board. She was upgraded as well, thus things like solar panels were very handy during our two week charter, ehen we stayed in remote plaves with no electricity or generators. We cooked a lot, thus all the kitchen utensils were very handy: all types of pots, casseroles, plates, cups, glasses (even for turkish tea and coffee) made our stay onboard very cosy. We would definitely recommend this vessel, its owners' company Derya Yatching as well as Boataround agent to fellow sailors!
