Port services.
The condition of the boat itself was ok, but its functionality was not good. The boat is loud, causing constant squeaks and rattles. Cabin/toilet doors do not stay open and may cause dangerous situations in waves. A few Knaapi were half detached.

When the Genua didn’t roll-out, Adria Yachting came around to Trogir the same afternoon to fix it.
Lots… 1. The power cable was terrible to connect, it took us up to 45 minutes each time to make the connection, as it didn’t work properly. In the end, some borrowed WD40 did all the change. 2. The hose was just long enough to reach the front water tank if the tap was precisely where you’d moored if it was a bit further down the jetty, we couldn’t reach the forward tank. 3. Check-in was very brief and not sufficient, which we only noticed at sea when several issues raise. 4. The MOB-buoy was literally hanging by a threat and the rope was desintegrating due to sun damage, an actual safety issue. 5. The coverage of the VHF-set was very poor. Only when several meters away from a marina, we could reach them. Besides, VHF didn’t have GPS input, causing a nasty alarm five minutes after you turned it on, another safety issue. 5. No key to the boat was provided. 6. The promised ‘free dinghy outboard engine’ wasn’t included. 7. There was no door on board without issue: some could be closed at all, which made them flap all the time while sailing. Other locked by themselves, causing you to be either locked-in or locked-out of your cabin every now and then. Yet another safety issue. 8. Genua couldn’t be rolled out and was thus not functioning, preventing us from sailing for the first two days. Adria Yachting did send someone to Trogir to fix this. 9. Mooring lines were in bad shape, plies untangling and being knotted halfway the rope in order to prevent it from further unplying. 10. The batteries gave all kinds of alarms, even when power was fixed. 11. Mould in refrigerator. 12. Electronic chart in need of 2 software updates, another safety issue. 13. Parts of the boat (Bimini top) literally came falling down while sailing.

- Yacht in decent condition, everything worked fine (the biggest issue was a door handle to one of the cabins that kept falling off). - ACI Marina Split is a good base to visit Split, is a pleasant walk to the town.
- Only cash payments accepted in the marina by the charter company (i.e. transit log, etc..), with a funky looking receipts. Come with enough cash. - "Free dinghy engine - special gift for Boataround customers" was promoted when booking via Boataround. When picking-up the yacht, the dinghy engine was already present on the yacht (as expected ;), we just checked the functionality with the marinero, nothing else was mentioned by anybody. When we returned the yacht, the charter company made me pay 100 EUR cash for the outboard engine, claiming dinghy engine is "always extra" and "never free", claiming that we were fully informed about it ("my colleague is not here today, but he told you about it") and that Boataround "made a mistake". Not so awesome end of the sailing week. However - I commend the approach of Boataround - I contacted them, the call centre was helpful and 100 EUR was refunded to my account promptly. Well done!

The employees of the charter company went an extra mile to get us an outboard engine which I forgot to book in advance. I appreciated this very much.
Payments for deposit insurance was possible in cash only not with card. During the check-in we found that one of the water tanks was empty. In the second week of our voyage, the depth indicator broke, so I had to be extra careful when anchoring. Minor issues: The cockpit lamp did not work. The dinghy was losing air pressure. The instrument panel only showed fresh water level for one tank.

Vrboska marina on Hvar. Great location on a long bay. Nice little town.
The Marineros sometimes lack politeness. Blatant command tone in part. If we made a mistake with the mooring, we were even laughed at. We ordered the genaker. Therefore, the insurance was 200 EUR more expensive. Please specify when applying for the yacht.

Very friendly and competent marinero. Boat was in very good condition and well equipped.
The showers in the marina. More trollies at the marina. Payment by card should be possible at the charters reception. Very old dingy engine.

Adria Nina is a perfectly manoeuvrable boat that can be turned almost on the spot. Built-in Bow thruster and easy-to-use bathing platform. The sail system is operated directly on the mast. At the beginning it was very strange, but it is practical and you will raise the sail almost immediately. Ideal boat for 4 max 6 people.
The front cab narrows relatively quickly, so if you have more than 180 cm, the two of you will push here. ACI marina Split is improving, but car parking is still a problem.
