Lagoon 42 | Amaryllis

From the first day we checked in, the guy in charge of the amaryllis was very unkind. I asked for a few more towels because we got one towel for each person and he didn't agree. I asked for another set of sheets for the friend who came with us and slept in the living room and he didn't agree either. When we checked in, the front toilet on the right side didn't work properly and the water went down slowly again he just ignored it and said that's how it should be. Already on the first day when we started the dinghy to go down to the marina, the engine stopped working after a minute. I called the guy I was referred to and he immediately attacked and said that I don't know how to operate the boat. It's important to note that for about 30 years, I operated boats, especially motored boats. I never argued, and we made a video call that he would help me. Of course, nothing helped. He said he would send someone in the evening, and when the guy arrived and couldn't fix it, he said he would come back in the morning, and when he came in the morning he said he had fixed it and asked for 50 euros. Later in the day, the motor stopped working again and I called him again to hear that it was my fault, we were in Poros and he sent someone again who claimed that there was a problem with the fuel and he changed and arranged and asked me for 120 euros. He said the money would be returned to me when we got to Athens. The next day the engine stopped working again and I called him again to hear that I didn't know how to at start it but he sent another engine by ferry and I had to replace it. but everything has been fine since then, which means that the engine wasn't good from day one as I said. He didn't see fit to call and apologize. Also the toilets I mentioned earlier, have never worked properly since we got the catamaran. When I called him he said straight away that I stuck them and I told him there was no dough I told him about the problem he just grinned. When we went out I asked them to have extra gasoline as we always have spare and he said no. On the way back I had to turn off one of the engines that are connected to the generator because we ran out of fuel. When we got back to the marina Nikos came and said that I had to pay 200 for the toilets and he owes me 170 (finally they admitted that the outboard wasn't my fault) I had to pay 30 and when I reminded him about the sup that we couldn't use they went to consult with Paris the guy that made all the trouble and came back to tell me that they didn't see but I broke the propeller of the engine that came to me now (you can see the pictures of this outboard )and they have to charge me with an extra 150l I made 2 reservations through you, for Amaryllis and one for Bob. Yacht Bob had pleasant and good people who were attentive to everything. Amaryllis was simply horrible. It's not a matter of money, but I'm not ready to pay so much and receive such treatment. We came for vacation and I found myself spending too much time fixing and arguing.
