The following day, April 4th, 2023, the availability of another boat was confirmed! This was done without express reference to the fact that another boat (the Ranieri Voyager was only mentioned in the subject!) was fixed as the rental object. My wife and I were traveling with two young children and chose the original boat for several reasons that were not available on the chartered boat. - No bed (nap time!) - No larger cabin to retreat from the sun - No fridge - No toilet - No stove - No sink - No pillows and blankets - No bathing platform (water in and out) - No sound system The missing sound system is on Luxury topic, which is not relevant to children. In summary, I find it absolutely unacceptable to broker a boat that cannot be compared with the one originally chosen. The suitability for children was not given for us, as booked. Regardless of the identical price! The landlord explained that the originally selected boat can only be obtained with a skipper. This information was communicated only on the day the boat was received by the lessor. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that I do not approve of this type of mediation and would no longer consider using Boataround's mediation service again!
