Operations Coordinator with German - Fresh Graduates
We are looking for a team player with a desire to work in a young and dynamic environment of tourism and hospitality. Are you seeking challenges even in your ordinary day-to-day life? You will drive the growth of our yachts portfolio, and maintain and seek ways to improve our data quality while supporting other company departments.

How will your day at work look like? Every day looks completely different!
- Create new and curate existing boat profiles. Dive deep into details to create and maintain attractive and accurate boat listings. Make sure our customers have surprise-free sailing holidays!
- Strengthen partnerships in your assigned region. Communicate effectively with our partners to gather essential information and address any issues with a collaborative spirit.
- Support our customer service team, ensuring that every customer enjoys a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Get your region ready for the summer season, making sure we're always ready to set sail with the best offers and correct information.
- Analyze and optimize. Use your analytical skills to evaluate and adjust pricing and data, to ensure we offer the correct product on our website.
- Flex your creative muscles. Bring fresh ideas to the table to improve content quality, data, and the overall appeal of the offered boats in your region.

- A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in English and German languages.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for precision, ensuring nothing is missed.
