What would be then the responsibilities of this position?
- Full cycle recruitment process - searching, prescreening, interviewing
- Cooperation with the hiring managers - setting up the recruitment strategy
- Identifying the best talents in each market (Barcelona, Athens, Split, Bratislava)
- Onboarding activities
- Employer branding activities
Requirements: Who do we need you to be?
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (full cycle)
- Ability to develop recruiting strategies for the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of talent.
- Experience working in start-up or e-commerce is a BIG PLUS
- Workhorse, positive and open-minded attitude
- Ability to work in a high-performance environment
- Fluent in English language (another international language is a BIG PLUS)
