1600€-1800€ + shift allowance + quarterly individual performance bonus

What are the daily responsibilities?
- Working with our customers, who have their boats already booked and paid - check-in, and check-out procedures.
- Answering customer's questions not only before but during their holidays on a boat.
- Checking the feedback from customers after their sailing experience.
- Complains management.
- Keeping our customers happy and satisfied :)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English and Italian.
- Proactive approach and attitude.
- Communicative and helpful personality.
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a huge advantage – we like to see graduates as well!
