I spoke to the Adventure staff and they couldn't help me and I would have to call SeeHelp. We had a very strong southerly wind, my partner was on such a sailing boat for the first time and she panicked whether we still had enough diesel for safety. According to the time display of operating hours, we should have driven 32.5 hours under the engine. Instrument for diesel tank first showed empty and then only showed full. After the meeting with Adventure's skipper, we should urgently go to refuel. From Adventure first they told me that they would come and help me. Can, but after 5 minutes they called again and told me that they weren't coming, but that I should call SeaHelp for help. If they come, it will cost 1200 euros. When I told him that I would be happy to pay for it if I did a feller, they told me they couldn't come and I urgently need to call SeaHelp. SeaHelp arrived immediately and I would have to pay 420 euros for their help, plus I should pay for 20 liters of diesel. With this condition and this display, we would have to drive back to the marina. A very bad and irresponsible company is this adventure charter and I would never recommend them to anyone. I have over 30 years of charter experience but I have never experienced anything like this. In addition, the boat was only three years old, but in a very bad condition. I only chartered the boat because I want to charter a relatively new boat but the boat was like it was 10 years old. In addition, the toilet was very difficult to use because the pump was very difficult to use. Croatia is a very beautiful country, but I would never charter Adventure Charter again.

Terrible! The personal was very unfriendly. There was no Dingy fuel nor towels available. We had to get the Dingy fuel on our own and besides the fact, we wanted to pay for towels there were non-available. The boat was not cleaned properly. The waste water was blocked multiple times (we put no paper in the toilet). The fridge was not working constantly and worst, the autopilot was not working constantly. It just went off randomly and prompted some error messages. We had three times a technician on board but the problem was not fixed. We made pictures and videos of the problem but the charter company was not caring and refused any compensation. They even blamed us for using the system the wrong way and thus generating the problem. We went in contact with B&G and they described some more advanced analytic and reasons for the problem. None of the analytics was done by the technician and non of the mentioned reasons was the wrong operation.
