Faults on the boat: salt water in the boat, non-working locks on the doors of all three toilets (I fixed rubbers for the cruise), lots of loose or misaligned door hinges in the interior, the folding table in the cockpit only held in an inclined position, all navigation lights not working (oxidized contacts ), non-functioning measurement of wind strength and direction, autopilot sometimes did not work at all (required temporary disconnection of battery), when it appeared to work, sometimes it did not hold a course at all, or held a course 20-30° different than the set one, course to the wind relative to the malfunctioning measurement could not even be tested, one flag on the mast was missing, oil was leaking from the dinghy engine, it started to jam, almost all the windows on the ship were leaking (including non-opening ones), some hinges were even missing, we went through a storm and it rained a lot, we almost had water everywhere, etc. When the ship was picked up, the obvious defects were downplayed, one of the consignors knew almost nothing about the ship. The location of the charter at the ACI marina led to a very long distance between the car and the boat, the road flooded at high tide. Toilets and showers at the ACI marina are relatively small, the distance from the ship is large. The charter company does not take good care of this boat and a number of small defects can spoil the overall impression of the vacation. A number of defects on the ship were already mentioned in the evaluation from last year. Therefore, before booking the boat, I contacted the charter company and made sure that the boat will be fully repaired as part of the winter maintenance. It didn't happen that way. Kufner has a few more recent boats that looked in better condition at first glance. The Portugizac is a boat more for the handyman who can handle all the tricks.

The condition of the yacht is certainly correct for its age, but there are a few maintenance deficiencies. Speed meter defective, autopilot defective, water tank display defective, holding tank display defective, therefore holding tank overflowed, 2 holding tanks not in operation because disconnected, chain to the rudder without service therefore rudder blocked and complex repairs at sea/bay by service technicians over 7 hours, wind indicator mast to panel ratio not consistent in the cockpit, door hinges and lock in the interior defective, frost compartment door is missing,
