I would like to leave a review about the marina and the charter company. The marina looks good in the pictures, but is completely impractical. The toilet and shower are a disaster and are located very far from the Sunsicily Yacht berths. The condition is very bad, there is only cold water (the warm water is not enough for everyone as it is heated by solar panels) and the toilets and showers were blocked. As a result, there were only two men's showers and only one women's shower available for the entire Sunsicily fleet. The Sunsicyli company's berths are very inconvenient and narrow. Even experienced skippers find it difficult to dock. There is also no assistance when docking. The service of the company "Sunsicyly" from the office to technical support urgently needs improvements. We came on vacation expecting to be served by friendly people, but with the company "Sunsicyly" everything was the opposite. As holidaymakers, we expect more friendliness and service-oriented behavior. We had specially booked an earlier check-in, but we discovered some problems when picking up the yacht, so we were not able to take over the yacht earlier as agreed. When we asked for a discount because we couldn't do the earlier check-in as planned, an employee of the charter company showed us the terms and conditions, which stated that if problems arise with the yacht, there is no entitlement to an earlier check-in. This was very disappointing for us. The yacht's equipment was minimal. The dishes were old, dirty and broken. We had to pay extra for each service. In the end the yacht came in at the same price or even more expensive than another company that had better reviews and was slightly more expensive. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Sunsicily.
