According to him, the amount of build-up in the pipes is completely normal. I think this is a good opportunity to make extra profit, because incomplete maintenance predicts failure. Of course, he refused to issue an invoice for the amount of 125 euros. If I need the paper, I should pay the missing amount + 25% VAT. According to the company's representative, the lessee should know every little detail of the boat, when I asked him if he knows every type of boat on the Adriatic, he answered in the negative. According to him, if we don't know something, we should ask, but if we don't know what is the special thing about this ship that we can't know, he spreads his hands. According to him, it is not particularly important to convey the information that toilet paper can cause problems on tankers, which is why it was not told. He also dispelled the lie that only tankers can be rented on the Croatian sea, none of the yachts we rented on previous occasions had one. There is no toilet paper warning on the toilet pictograms either. The company was rated 8.1 in 2021, they proudly announce this, with such an attitude it is expected that their score will plummet. Other minor shortcomings: The handle of the nose cabin often falls off, the fixing screw was missing. The gros cannot be stretched to the desired extent. The cookware is poor. The seam of the sorayhood has torn in several places. The boat only holds 6 people, even though the sticker on it says 8 people. It's a small thing, but it characterizes the company's communication. It's a pity, because until the last day we were satisfied overall and thought that we would choose them again next year. I entrust the company manager to reconsider the customer-centeredness and incorrect attitude.

The handover was carried out by a young colleague. He didn't know anything about the contents of the tanks (fuel, water), the draft of the yacht and the plumb line. The inventory was incomplete and the supplies on the ship were very poor. The tool box had hardly any content.... Of course the ship is BJ 2016 - but that doesn't have to mean anything...

It seems to me that the ship was quite damaged for her age (6 years). There were details such as a broken handle, a broken holder for the glass door to lock the boat, fallen off latches for locking cabinets, crumbling lamps in the cabins... we didn't have an anchor or an engine light and the anchor return was rattling - but the guys solved it all. They would like to replace the outboard engine with a functional one, but they refunded our money instead.

The boat was in very good technical condition, however it would need a very thorough cleaning in some (I reapeat : some) less conspicuous areas of the cabin.
