Elan 45.1 Impression | Pasithea

The Impression 45.1 is a very nice ship and is held in stellar condition. Unfortunately there have been a few glitches during the handover and the return of the yacht. The worker handing over could not explain us a couple of details of the ship (navigation device, etc.) refering to himself not being a sailor an not being able to know all the details of all ships of the charter company. The biggest downside was that we were instructed to arrive in the marina at around 1700hrs due to the diver starting the inspections of the ships at that time. We docked at the pier at around 1600hrs and geared up for leaving the vessel prior to the return of the vessel. At 1700hrs we were told that we have to wait for the diver (and the checkout) until 1800hr as it is written in the contract - unless we pay 50€, becaus the diver (by a complete conicidence) seemed to be present and willing to inspect the ship more or less in his spare time. This felt like a rip-off since the marineros knew that we were all packed up and ready to go back home and did not want to wait for another hour. We dicussed the issue with the marina staff (and the instance that we did not get a receipt for the extra service) but our point was not heared... Overall I would still recommend the charter company and defnitely the very nice boat since the functionality and the safety of the machinery was very well maintained!
