The comfort with 2 families including 2 small children was excellent. Nautical: Presence of safety equipment is excellent. Ergonomics outside excellent. Equipment with mooring lines, water hose all fine. USB chargers everywhere!

The steps to the cabins are not marked enough, making it easy to make a mistake. Kitchen: the counter should have a water barrier, the water runs off and/or the plates/glasses slide. A small vacuum cleaner would be useful to vacuum the interior. The confirmation email stated that the Nevis would include a paddleboard, this was not correct. We asked in email correspondence about the presence of oil, vinegar and basic spices as well as the presence of duvets/blankets. This was supposed to be there, but that was not correct. The outboard motor of the dinghi kept failing. We had a lot of trouble with it and on the 3rd day we were able to repair it ourselves. It is very annoying when you think you can sail to shore with small children, but the engine keeps failing. We miss the presence of a CodeZero when sailing.

The yacht pick up was quite streamlined and all interactions by email, phone and in person were very professional. The company was very accommodating for pick up time and helpful with arrival and departure transport. Our boat captain was marvelous!

I found communication of contract details beforehand quite confusing as I was unsure of who my main contact person was (Boat Around vs Blue Wave vs Captn Boat, etc) and suggest to remedy that aspect for future charters. I also suggest more detail about the boat itself, we would have preferred a boat with speakers and a grill. Also, pillows and body towels were quite small. I suggest 2 pillows per person. Overall, we had a lovely journey and will plan to be in touch in the future. Thank you!
