Service and condition of the yachts! Poor equipment and even worse overall condition of the yacht!

We paid for the sailboat Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 440 Celine ( 2019 ) with your company. at the Omega sail charter company, what a surprise it was when they offered us a different boat for rent than the one we paid for in the Gouvia marina in Corfu. although it was the same type of sailboat, a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 440 under the name Irini, charter company Ionian catamaran, but this boat was older and with different equipment than the one we ordered and paid for. Moreover, it was an older sailing ship. This boat had a full furling mainsail and we paid for a furling sail on the Celine. Overall, it could be seen that the Irini ship was not quite in shape. But what bothered me the most was the approach of the rivers in the Omegasail charter company. I was only informed about the change of boat at the Gouvia marina on the day of taking over the boat. and that I should find the base manager of the Ionian catamaran charter company in the marina. We were in the marina with the crew already at 2 p.m. We waited until 6 p.m. for the Irini boat to be cleaned and prepared for check-in. During the meeting at the Ionian catamaran charter office, the staff were very reluctant and arrogant. Check in did not go as planned. They told me to check the boat myself and then come to the office to check in. I have never encountered such an attitude from a charter company in all the years I have been sailing as a captain. The manager of the Ionian catamaran base even rode his bike to the ship and fretted about how long it would take to take over the ship. While taking over the Irini ship, I discovered a few flaws. Despite the fact that the ship was freshly washed, apparently no one even touched the refrigerator because it was really very dirty and there was also mold. It was also evident on other items of the ship's equipment that they had not cleaned the ship too much, dirt, hair, hairs... Also, the control elements on both toilets showed signs of considerable wear. However, they worked. I finally took over the ship and checked in. I also had nothing else to do when I had 9 other crew members with me who had paid for the boat rental and were looking forward to a nice vacation on a sailboat. Of course, our dear Greeks also counted on that. They knew we had no choice but to take over the ship. On the very first day of the cruise, my fears were confirmed with considerable wear on the toilet flusher and the cover of the flush control on the one with the toilet started to leak. We stopped using this toilet. After returning to the Gouvia marina as part of the check out, of course they wanted me to pay for the toilet flusher and emphasized, and again very arrogantly, that we had damaged it by misuse. It was more than obvious that the defect was caused by the wear of the material due to frequent use. At first they wanted to pay the damage in the amount of 200 Euros and finally after bargaining and explaining I paid 100 Euros. However, my opinion is that they collected the money illegally. Overall I am very dissatisfied with your service. We were not given the boat with the equipment we paid for. The ship was not in perfect order at check-in. Also, great dissatisfaction with the behavior of the staff of the charter companies Omegasail and Ionian catamaran, as I have already described above. The contractual relationship was negotiated with your company and therefore you bear full responsibility for your contractual partners - charter companies. Based on the above, I am requesting financial compensation. I've been riding as a captain for 20 years and I've never seen anything like it. I would really hate to start evaluating your company and both charter companies on yachting websites and fcb or Instagram groups and share my experiences.
