Operations Coordinator with German - Fresh Graduates

How will your day at work look like? Every day looks completely different!

  • Create new and curate existing boat profiles. Dive deep into details to create and maintain attractive and accurate boat listings. Make sure our customers have surprise-free sailing holidays!
  • Strengthen partnerships in your assigned region. Communicate effectively with our partners to gather essential information and address any issues with a collaborative spirit.
  • Support our customer service team, ensuring that every customer enjoys a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Get your region ready for the summer season, making sure we're always ready to set sail with the best offers and correct information.
  • Analyze and optimize. Use your analytical skills to evaluate and adjust pricing and data, to ensure we offer the correct product on our website.
  • Flex your creative muscles. Bring fresh ideas to the table to improve content quality, data, and the overall appeal of the offered boats in your region.

  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in German and English languages.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for precision, ensuring nothing is missed.
  • Quick to learn and adapt, ready to embrace the fast-paced startup world.

  • Creative in thinking of new ways to improve our offerings and processes.
  • Good with numbers and data, making smart decisions based on insights.
